A Life Lived
in Rhythm
I started playing drums at age 11. By 17 I was already working professionally — blues bands, wedding bands, all across New York. Music was the first language I learned to speak fluently.
While living in San Diego I taught drum set at A Reason To Survive, a non-profit for terminally ill children. A ten-year hiatus followed. I've now spent the last year rebuilding — chops, meter, feel. A drum method video series is currently in production.
