The restoration of a historic 20,000 square foot musice venue in the heart of Syracuse, NY's Entertainment District. This infomous bar and music venue was built in the early 1980's. After an amazing 15 years, the venue sold and became a run of failing bars and night clubs until I purchased it in 2003.
