My path has never been about reaching the top alone. It has been about helping others rise, succeed, and step more fully into who they were created to be. Guided by my Savior, I have come to see that true success is not measured only by personal achievement, but by the lives we strengthen and the hope we help awaken in others.

Real Estate Acquisition & Re-Development · New York, NY

Researched and vetted investment opportunities to grow a vast real estate portfolio across New York State for more than a decade. Led the sourcing, acquisition, renovation, and disposition of distressed multi-family and commercial properties. Oversaw property redevelopment from design through project delivery, hired and trained property management and leasing personnel, marketed properties and negotiated rental agreements, and packaged newly renovated properties with additional multi-unit properties to sell as multi-property packages. Purchased or optioned over 700 residential and commercial units.

Grew a business from one multi-unit property into a portfolio producing $800K+ in average annual net income
Negotiated profitable property sales and purchase financing based on relationships with REIT purchasing agents, portfolio money managers, private investors, and brokers

Conceptualized and executed a ground-up transformation of a raw commercial space into a premier nightlife venue. Managed design, branding, contractor coordination, event programming, and talent booking — from empty walls to sold-out concert nights.

Church Mutual Insurance Co. · New York, NY

AM Best A-rated premier provider of insurance services to the religious non-profit marketplace. Hired to manage a previously unmanaged territory covering the New York City boroughs and the east side of the Hudson River, extending to the Vermont border. Sold Property, Liability, Workers Compensation, Auto, and Directors & Officers coverage to churches, temples, yeshivas, and Denominational Headquarters. Added over $1.2 million in new policy premiums while maintaining an average 96% retention rate across an entire book of business. Twice awarded the President's Circle Award for performance.

Introduced myself to every church, yeshiva, temple, and religious denominational headquarters in the territory to establish relationships from the ground up
Arranged property inspections through calls, emails, and personal meetings — providing loss prevention recommendations and policy cost estimates
Prepared comprehensive commercial insurance quotes covering Property, Liability, Auto, Workers Compensation, and Directors & Officers coverages
Met with boards of trustees, Rabbis, and Prevostes to propose Church Mutual's coverage over existing providers
Personally visited every client before annual renewal to review policies and maintain retention

Hired in 1995 as a membership sales associate selling three-year contractual memberships. Within four months ranked in the top three of 14 reps at my location and top 10 regionally — occasionally earning the number one regional rep of the month. Average monthly gross sales of $23,000–$30,000. Promoted to Assistant Sales Manager after my second year. Left in 1998 to join Church Mutual Insurance Co. Invited back in 2000 as a consultant to help Bally's convert clubs being sold off as franchises — hiring and training new sales staff at three locations transitioning to new ownership across New York.
